Carriers sharing contact info
Groups of DOT numbers sharing a phone or address -- a common chameleon-carrier signal, not proof by itself.About this view
Groups of DOT numbers sharing a phone number or street+zip address -- a common "chameleon carrier" signal (an operator with a bad record re-registering under a new name at the same address/phone), but also a normal pattern for a co-located sister company or a mail-forwarding service. Not proof of anything by itself; each group is capped at 10 members -- a shared contact used by more entities than that is far more likely a mailbox service, so it's excluded entirely.
Inspection lookup
Search FMCSA's inspection file by state and/or DOT number, live.About this view
Search FMCSA's Vehicle Inspection File directly by state and/or DOT number -- a location-first view the carrier detail page's own "Safety & Inspection History" can't give you, since that only ever looks up one carrier at a time. Queried live from FMCSA on each search, not stored locally. Enter a state, a DOT number, or both.
Upcoming expirations
COI and vetted-status dates across your lists, soonest first.About this view
Every COI or vetted/approved re-review date set on a carrier in one of your saved lists (see a carrier's Onboarding checklist to set one) -- what's coming due across your whole book, soonest first.
Customers
Your book of business: accounts and customers, their ship-from and ship-to locations, contacts and reps.About this view
Customers nest under accounts (for example Harbor Supply Co under Northwind Lumber). Ship-from locations such as a plant belong to an account and are available to every customer beneath it; ship-to locations belong to the customer that receives. Account managers see the whole tree and assign customers to reps; a rep sees only the customers assigned to them.
Lanes
Track origin → destination corridors; each lane is a list kept in sync with its matches.About this view
Track multiple origin → destination corridors at once. Each lane is its own saved list -- a real list (see the Lists tab) that stays synced with everything currently matching that lane, with alerts on for new matches by default.
